We have static pitches for private occupancy at £1,950 per annum licensed for use 8 months of the year from the 1st weekend in March to the 1st weekend in November. Each pitch has a water supply and drainage connection with an additional charge made for electricity which is individually metered and invoiced in arrears. We currently have 3 new concrete static pitch available. Sub-letting is not permitted. A bring on fee of £2,500 is charged where no supplier commission is payable. £1,500 is the siting and connection fee and £1,000 for caravan scrapping. Electric hook-ups are available on Seasonal / Touring pitches, with full payment of your stay required on arrival. Seasonal touring pitches are £240 per month with hook-up (minimum 3 months) available April to October. Touring pitches are at £30 per night with hook-up (Bank holiday weekends require minimum 2 nights fee payable).
