Park Rules

a) You must possess suitable firefighting equipment. (i) If a fire occurs, move everyone outside immediately and warn nearby occupants. Call the Fire and Rescue Service by dialling 999 or 112. b) The Caravan/ Motorhome or Tent must not be used as sleeping accommodation by a greater number of people at any time than it has been designed for. c) The Caravan/ Motorhome or Tent owner or authorised users, are entirely responsible for the behaviour of any children. They must ensure that children: (i) Are not left alone; (ii) Do not walk through, or play, on any other pitch without permission; (iii) Are not left to play outside, unsupervised. d) Your pitch and the area around, must be maintained and kept safe and tidy at all times. e) No open fires are allowed on any part of the Park. Small chimneas and barbecues are permitted as long as they are: (i) Kept as far away as possible from any caravan, tent, vehicle, structure, gas bottles or flammable substance; (ii) Not causing a nuisance to any other Park user; (iii) Sited on a suitable hard standing or paving slab. F) Do not create any excessive noise or disturbance to other Park users. Be respectful of others and ensure no noise or disturbance, particularly after midnight. Persistent justified complaints of noise disturbance will be considered as a breach of behaviour standards. g) Unrecyclable household refuse must be placed inside the domestic rubbish wheelie bins. h) Maximum of one vehicle per pitch, and all road users on the Park (including cyclists) must observe the 5 mph speed limit at all times. i) Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a short lead at all times. The consent is conditional to the proper control of the animal and may be withdrawn at any time if a reasonable complaint is upheld. j) You must possess adequate first aid equipment. k) Bryn Gwyn Caravan Park is on the River Lliw flood plain and the lower level of the Park is occasionally susceptible to flooding. In extreme wet weather please be vigilant and monitor rising water levels – your personal safety is of paramount importance to us.
